Reverend Joe Cala is a 1999 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and is licensed and ordained as a minister through Rhema Ministerial Association International (RMAI) in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After graduation, Joe served in full-time ministry on the pastoral staff of Abundant Grace Church in Toms River, New Jersey, under the leadership of Senior Pastor and Northeast Regional Director of RMAI, Pastor Tony Storino Sr. for 6 years as the youth pastor and assistant pastor. www.abundantgracechurch.com Since 1999, Reverend Joe instituted and directed the annual Won by One Youth Conferences and the annual RMAI (Rhema Ministerial Association International) Northeast Regional Summer Camps. When he began directing the summer camp in 2000 this first camp had an attendance of 6 churches including 59 in attendance. In 2004 the last camp he directed, there were 22 churches in attendance equaling a total of 300 in attendance. (This is over 500% of an increase) Reverend Joe has traveled as a guest speaker for youth groups, retreats, special events, camps, adult church services, mens conferences, helps seminars and church follow-up clinics throughout the United States and into Canada. He was responsible for Business Development Training in one on one sales, phone training, and follow-up to Automotive Dealer Principles, General Managers, Managers and Sales Consultants. Selected to introduce and launch a new Internet sales department into a thriving Business Development Center for Nelson Automotive Group. To help train Senior Pastors and church Leaders to develop a plan in Visitor Follow-Up for the local church. This includes giving the right tools, content and practical information to them so they can find the right People, the proper Products, organize a prepared Process and inspire a life of Prayer that will help them take The Next Step in Turning Visitors into Lifetime Members!
